Okay, I finally have a small break in my chaotic life to update our family blog. The boys are in bed, Camden's not asleep, but it's the "in bed" part that counts. Nathan is "on call" tonite so I am free to choose what I should exert my energy into...let's see, do the dishes? or update blog? Do homework? or update blog? hmmm...if you're reading this, you can take a wild stab at which one I chose.
So, we're finally settled into our place, which puts all of our past dwellings to shame. We've upgraded to a town home that has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The boys each have their own bedrooms, which is nice because I don't have to worry about them waking the other up! The master bedroom is about twice the size of our old one and has a walk-in closet AND it's own bathroom!! I like it a lot! The bonus for Camden is that the couple next door has a two year old golden retriever/lab mix named Macy and he loves playing with her everyday. He's not 100% comfortable with her yet, which I'm guessing has to do with Macy being twice the size of Camden and just as tall!! Aidan loves her too, as long as they are separated by the sliding glass door.
Speaking of Aidan, my little baby just turned on on July 2nd!! I can't believe it's already been one year. He is quite the little crawler and shows absolutely no interest in standing or walking so we'll have to keep everyone updated on that event. Aidan can sign the word "more" and the phrase "all done." He's used the "more" sign to be universal for hungry, thirsty, and that he wants more food. Kids adapt so quickly. :)
We definately miss all of our friends back in SF and are grateful for all the memories and friendships we have. Camden has talked with Max a few times and we have Ani's picture on the fridge. He also likes to watch the "Friend" movie, as he calls it. Which, for those who don't know, Jessica Chamberlain put together with all the kids pics put to music. Thanks Jess, you're helping mend a little boys lonely heart.
The one thing I love about living in Miamisburg, Ohio isn't the STRONG hickish accent that a few locals have or the few mullets I've seen. It's the convenience of normal small town life. I can be at a shopping mall, Target, Walmart, restaurants, etc. in about five minutes. In SF, that was a pipe dream. AND the albinos are finally getting some color in their cheeks...and on their arms and legs too!! Shocking I know. Who knew we could tan? But yes, people, it is possible.
I know this update isn't that exciting and nothing can top Warner's New York play-by-play but our life these past four weeks has just been packing, moving, CLEANING, unpacking, organizing, playing at the pool, and organzing some more. So, don't be strangers! Call, write, read, and stay in touch!

Springers,
We miss you. What more can I say. The tooth feels fine, the baby is stalling and the foggy San Francisco summer is depressing. I need some Camden in my life to pick me up. Tell him I said Hi. Nate I am trying to think of something whitty to say in response to your stache bash trash talk so give me a while- these things take time. Until then --- peace.
I think you made the right choice when you chose blogging over house work. I always do!!! We miss you guys and the cutie-pie boys. Give Aidan a birthday kiss for me. Sammers is coming up on number 2 on the 24th then Maggie's b-day is the next day. Our babies are growing up!!!!!!! Anyway, keep posting and I'll keep checking!
TTYL!
