I am pretty much a wimp. I wanted a change in my hair but I didn't want to cut it because I have been trying to grow it out for months now. So, I went to my friend Stephanie, who's in beauty school, to dye it for me. I thought I wanted daring. Go red, I told her. I've never had red hair and that was a pretty drastic change. So below is a pic of my hair before.
this is a pic of my hair after. I actually loved the color. It was cute, different but for some reason, the color was brighter on the top of my head then on the end. so the top didn't quite look like this. So I went back and had her tone it down with some brown.
And this is what I have now. I actually really like it because the grow out won't be as noticeable. I probably should have tried to rock the brighter red. I guess I'm losing my nerve. But I thought she did a great job.
And to prove that I'm never content, I was looking through some honeymoon photos a week ago and noticed that I worked the blonde thing pretty well too...so maybe I've had enough years of being dark. Maybe next time, I'll make a full circle and go blonde again...now if only I could get my body back in shape the way it was when I got married...

I like the hair!!! It looks great. :-)
LOVE IT!!
That's just about my hair color these days! I'm so glad I'm not the only one who gets bored with her hair. I'm thinking about getting some fire engine red chunky highlights in my hair. I did it last year and loved it. Do you think we're too old to do that?
p.s. I loved your hair blonde. You can pull off ANY hair color you want!
How would it be to choose different hair colors anytime and look fabulous!
Yours is a nice blog. Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.
Dude, you're a doll either way, but you should totally rock the red next time. I finally decided to color my hair and my color-guy said he might go dark, way dark, with a color splash on my faux! I just might have to post a pic of that!
You crack me up - you and your hair!!! I love it - all of the colors!
Ok, for some reason it won't let me post a comment on your mother's day post so I'll do it here.....I'm glad you were spoiled and glad your foot is healing. Also, Boston trip - sounds fabulous!
