Chili Spaghetti recipe

My friend Ginger gave me this recipe, which has been a family staple ever since. I love it because it's easy to make, and the rest of the family loves it because it's so yummy!

So here it is: Chili Spaghetti

12-16 oz. sausage (I use Jimmy Dean's 50% less fat one)
8 oz. spaghetti noodles (whole wheat)

1 small onion
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cup Fat free sour cream

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 14.5 oz. can Italian style stewed tomatoes, undrained

1 can veg. chili w/ beans(I use Dennison brand)

Brown sausage with onion, chili powder, and garlic salt. Cook spaghetti noodles, then drain. Combine all ingredients together and bake in a 9x13 pan for 30 mins. at 350 degrees.

Make sure that the noodles are mixed in thoroughly with the other ingredients. This makes a lot so it's great to freeze half or make for another family.

Ginger, feel free to correct or add anything but this is what works for me. Bon apetite!
